As we wrap up 2025, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on a year of tremendous growth, collaboration, and progress at IBC. This year has been about more than just filling offices; it’s been about creating opportunities, building a thriving business community, and ensuring value at every turn. With an unwavering commitment to flexibility and affordability, IBC has remained the workspace of choice for businesses across London.

Achievements in 2025

This year, IBC achieved several major milestones that raised the bar for service and value. We welcomed record numbers of new members from a wide spectrum of industries, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and established firms, all becoming part of our vibrant ecosystem. We are proud to share that IBC managed to keep our prices the lowest among competitors throughout the year, ensuring that members get maximum value without sacrificing quality. As a standout highlight, our boardroom for 10–12 people was offered at just £55 per hour, while our small meeting room for 6–7 people was available for only £25 per hour as part of our super sale; both options our customers loved and appreciated for their affordability and flexibility.

Our meeting rooms saw tremendous activity, hosting over 6,800 bookings from businesses of all sizes, a testament to the trust our clients place in us for their most important gatherings. In response to growing demand, we expanded our virtual office address service to cover even more key business hubs, now offering prestigious virtual office addresses in Manchester, Maidstone, Birmingham, Cambridge, Cardiff, Leeds and several other locations across the UK.

Our facilities were upgraded throughout the year. We introduced streamlined onboarding processes to simplify joining IBC, making it faster and easier for businesses to get up and running. Notably, we rolled out flexible rental plans and introduced transparent, all-inclusive pricing, giving members total control over their workspace costs and eliminating hidden fees. With seasonal promotions and introductory deals, we opened our doors to even more businesses, helping them invest their capital in what matters most: growth.
